• Kudos Quotes — messages submitted for the recital program

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfil your preorder
• Send order confirmation emails
• Coordinate pickup at the recital venue
• Print Kudos Quotes in the recital program
• Contact you if there are any issues with your order

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Square, Inc. Your payment card details are tokenised directly by Square's servers and are never stored on our website or servers. Square's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information is shared only with:

• Google (Gmail) — for sending order confirmation emails

5. Data Retention

We retain your order information for the duration of the current recital season. After the recital season concludes, order data is deleted. Kudos Quotes are retained only until the recital program is printed.
